Returns Policy

If you would like to return your item to us, here's our policy:

• Item returned must be within 7 working days upon delivery, with original condition and tags intact
• Item will have to be mailed back to us via Registered Mail, with costs covered by customer
• Upon receiving and verifying item to be in good condition, we will issue you a digital gift card containing the full value of your item at time of purchase
• Digital gift card can be used on multiple occasions, and if purchase value exceeds the balance, a top-up using your credit card is required
• Digital gift cards will have a 1-year validity from the date of issue
• All shipping charges remain as per normal during the purchase of your new item

Exchange Policy

We will do exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange of sizes, subjected to availability of instock pieces (item must be returned within 7 working days of receiving parcel, with original condition and tags intact)
• Registered postage costs paid by customer during return to us
• Exchange due to defects on item (item must be returned within 7 working days of receiving parcel, with original condition and tags intact)
• Registered postage costs paid by Fluff and Fields
